Use Case

An international Employer of Record (EOR) wanted to improve its customer response cycle time. They believed their issue was access to information around international employment law and created a ChatBot to provide their employees with faster access to information. Unfortunately, the ChatBot was not trained on the correct information. Paralaxis was brought in to improve the customer’s data mesh capabilities and response.

During a robust examination of the data, Parallaixs discovered that the real problem was long cycle times concerning invoice payments. Further analysis revealed that the information required was hidden in a vast array of Excel spreadsheets used by the employees.

Parallaxis worked with Operations, Finance, IT, and Suppliers to describe the real issues impacting cycle time and customer satisfaction. Use Case

A large, well-established retailer was having customer service problems. Years of siloed point solutions were hampering its ability to provide its customers and its staff with timely information about their products, orders, accounts, everything. Operational systems were not aligned to customer journeys, forcing staff to use multiple disparate systems to answer what should be a simple query (or even just a customer self-service option). This also created multiple instances of the same customer, preventing the retailer from having a holistic view of what their customers were purchasing.
